REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
Refund & Returns Policy – United Roots
At United Roots, every jersey is created to represent your story — a unique blend of heritage, identity, and family. Because of the personalised nature of our products, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.
Custom-Made Products
All United Roots jerseys are made to order and customised specifically for each customer. This includes:
Country combinations, Names and numbers, Sizes, and any personalised design elements
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom or personalised items.
Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be resold or reused.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility for any errors on our part.
You are eligible for a replacement or full refund if: Your item arrives damaged or defective, You receive the wrong size, design, or country combination, Your custom details (name/number) are incorrect due to our mistake
To report an issue: Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and provide clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will offer: A free replacement, or A full refund to your original payment method
Sizing Responsibility
We provide a detailed size guide to help you choose the correct fit. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes selected by the customer. Please carefully review the size guide before placing your order
As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a discounted remake in certain cases.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost in transit or delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe
